Welcome back! On today’s episode of Life Chasing Littles (😉), I’m going to share my most favorite recipe that I have been eating every morning for over a week now.
Now, if you follow along on my Instagram, then you know how obsessed I am with this. Here’s the thing, when I find something I like to eat, I will literally eat it until I find my next favorite thing to eat, lol.
I’m not exactly sure if this is actually something that has been created before? I might just be late to the party. I guess you can let me know in the comments below. But for now, I’m going to call this little breakfast of mine Krissy’s Creation.

Now let’s get into it – it takes about 5 minutes to make and only 4 ingredients. That’s it. So simple, right?

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bread of your choice (I use Jewish rye)
- Cream cheese (I like whipped)
- Tomato (heirloom tastes best)
- Arugula
- Salt & Pepper – optional
Start by toasting a slice of bread.

Once that is done, add 1 tbsp of cream cheese.

On top of the cream cheese, add about a handful of arugula.

Top that with 2 slices of tomato.

Once it’s all together, I like to add salt and pepper for taste. Sometimes, I will even add a few slices of avocado onto the tomato as well. I’m sure you can get creative with all sorts of toppings.

For one slice of this creation, the macros are:
125 calories | 20g carbs | 4g fat | 4g protein
If you give this a try, let me know. Feel free to tag me on Instagram! Also, share this with anyone who you think will enjoy it.
Thanks for stopping by.
Much love, Krissy!
